When Santa's visiting with children he often asks them what they like about Christmas, and they write and tell him as well.  Sometimes children say it best.
 Christmas is...
"Turning off the lights and just having the tree lights and fireplace on and sitting there looking at it and feeling cozy."

"Throwing snowballs at my daddy's tummy."

"Listening for reindeer on the roof."

"I finally understand, it's giving not getting."

"The goodest day."

"The love of God."

"The spirit.  It's this nice little thing that's invisible and feels like good luck and the things that you want have come true.  Giving and presents and love and Jesus and singing and having happiness all together."

"Constant eating!"
What I like about Christmas is...
"That the whole house feels like cinnamon."

"The feeling in the air.  It's cold, wintery, and good."

"Coming to see you and talking with you and hearing your stories."

"The turkey because, boy, is it good!"

"All the holidays together, Hanukkah, Christmas, and all the others, and remembering what happened on September 11th."

"The smiles on everyones' faces and there's always love with your family."

"That everbody is giving to everybody and it's all fair."
What do YOU like about Christmas?
